The meditations below can be used when you begin your practice or as additions to your existing practice. Use them regularly, or simply whenever you need a little extra push. I will continue to add meditations weekly, so check back often.

Manifestation Meditation
I recognize the source creator in me and ask it to bring me all of my dreams.
I am the creator of my dreams and they are all coming true right now.
I am healthy. I am wealthy. I have everything I need to create my best life.
I am in alignment with the source of all good in the universe and I use it to create a life I love.
I am the most powerful creator of my life and I use that power to create my best life.
I am powerful, I am loving, I am creating a life I love.
All things that I want to live my best life are coming toward me now.
How to use this meditation:
I suggest doing this one while sitting in bed, just before you are ready to go to sleep. This meditation will help to calm your mind and prepare you for a deep sleep.
Sit comfortably, your back propped against the wall or headboard, legs crossed and hands in your lap. Breath deeply to relax the shoulders, then read the meditation aloud or to yourself. Note the text in italics where there is an action rather than words.
Sleep Meditation
As the night closes in around me, I look back on my day with gratefulness. I am grateful for all that I have accomplished. I am grateful for all that the universe has offered me today, and the steps that I have taken to live a full life.
Now, as I prepare to sleep, I slow my breath (take a deep inhale in and out) and relax my body (take a moment to physically soften your muscles). I ask my mind to slow down the thoughts of the day and accept that today is over and I cannot change anything about it.
I ask my mind to stop running over any thoughts of the past and focus only on the good that is coming to me in tomorrow. I prepare my mind for sleep as I acknowledge that today is over. Tomorrow will bring more opportunity and more learning.
(Inhale deeply, exhale fully. Wait for a few moments and ensure your mind it clear, then read the entire meditation one more time)
Finally, I know that I am ready for sleep. My mind is clear, my body is relaxed, and I am grateful for having this day to learn and grow. I look forward to another day tomorrow.
