Manifestation is bringing our wishes to life, or thinking our dreams into existence through focused thought. Seems simple, right? It is... and it isn't. At it's most basic level, what we focus on is what will come to us. There are several schools of thought on ways to manifest our dream life. A few are listed below, and you can find books, podcasts and more on each of these on the Resources page.
1. Law of Attraction: Simply, what we focus on will come to us. This of a red car, and you will see many red cars. Think about being the best in your field, and you will be the best in your field.
2. Using the Quantum Field: In a more complex manifestation technique, accessing the quantum field can help you to manifest your dreams more quickly and to do it often. This technique is fairly new, science-based and powerful. Dr. Joe Dispenza offers information on manifesting through the quantum field in his books, videos and movies.
3. Using Natural Magic: We are all born to create a life we love, and we are born with the natural ability, or magic, to do so. We tend to lose our natural magic as we work our way into society, but if we can get back to the natural way we were born, we can manifest anything we desire.
